Common questions

Why can't I see any planes?

Aerobove needs your phone's location, only while the app is open, to show the aircraft around you, and a data connection to fetch them. If the radar says flight data is temporarily unavailable, the problem is on our side and it will keep trying. Quieter areas may simply have fewer aircraft overhead.

My sign-in code hasn't arrived

Codes come from noreply@aerobove.app and usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new code. Each code works for one hour.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Delete Account. Full details: Delete Your Account.

Who can see my information?

Other players see your username, your county and your game progress. Friends only see your grabs if you choose to share them. Your exact location never leaves your phone. Full details: Privacy Notice.

Who can play?

Aerobove is for players aged 13 or older.
